Chapter 01 · Welcome

A parent company · Australia

We build ventures,
then let them stand on
their own name.

AAI is a holding company that builds real software ventures and backs them with capital, craft and care. Not a portfolio of bets — a family of working businesses, each with its own front door.

The name

Say it out loud:
Aai.

/ah-ee/  ·  Marathi  ·  noun  ·  mother

That's not an accident. AAI is the mother company. It builds each venture, backs it while it's finding its feet, and cares for it until it can carry its own weight — then steps back and lets it be known by its own name.

“We own the machinery, and we build with a mother's care.”
— The house creed

The family

Five ventures,
one bloodline.

How we build

Four rules,
kept without exception.

Build with care

Every venture gets the attention you'd give something you intend to keep. Nothing ships half-loved.

Own the code, data and domains

Never be trapped by a host. Every line, every record, every name lives where we can always reach it.

Serve every venture at cost

The mother company doesn't skim from its children. Shared machinery is shared fairly.

Keep the machinery resaleable

Everything is built so it could stand alone, be handed over, or be sold whole — clean edges, no tangles.

Begin

Bring us something
worth raising.

An idea, a venture, a problem that deserves real software behind it. One email reaches the founder directly.
