This policy explains how the “TRG” application (“the App”, “we”, “us”), operated by AAI IT Consultancy & Services Pty Ltd trading as The Rahul Gangurde, handles information when you connect an Instagram professional account to it.

What the App does

The App connects to Instagram professional (Business or Creator) accounts that you own or are authorised to manage, using Meta’s official Instagram API, in order to publish and schedule content, read and respond to comments and direct messages, and produce analytics for those accounts.

What information we access

• Account profile & media — basic profile details and the media of connected accounts (instagram_business_basic).
• Content publishing — the ability to publish posts you create (instagram_business_content_publish).
• Comments — comments on connected accounts’ content, to read and reply (instagram_business_manage_comments).
• Messages — direct messages, to read and reply on your behalf (instagram_business_manage_messages).
• Insights — aggregated performance metrics such as reach and impressions (instagram_business_manage_insights).

We access this data only for accounts that have explicitly authorised the App, and only to provide the functions above.

How we use it

Solely to operate the features you have asked the App to perform — publishing, responding to engagement, and reporting analytics back to you. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising to third parties, or share it except as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

Storage & security

Access tokens and any operational data are stored on our own servers, restricted to authorised personnel, protected in transit by TLS and at rest by access controls, and never exposed publicly. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service.

Deleting your data

You can revoke the App’s access at any time from your Instagram settings (Apps and websites). To request deletion of any data we hold, use the automated endpoint at https://aaiit.com.au/ig/delete or email rahul@aaiit.com.au. On revocation or request, associated data and tokens are deleted.

Third parties

The App operates on Meta Platforms’ Instagram API and is subject to Meta’s own terms and policies. We do not pass your data to any other third party for their own purposes.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at the email above.

Changes

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date will change accordingly.
