These terms govern your use of the “TRG” application (“the App”), operated by AAI IT Consultancy & Services Pty Ltd trading as The Rahul Gangurde.
You may connect Instagram professional accounts that you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with Meta’s Platform Terms, Instagram’s Community Guidelines, and applicable law.
By connecting an account you authorise the App to perform the actions you request — publishing content, responding to comments and messages, and retrieving analytics — via Meta’s official Instagram API. You may withdraw this authorisation at any time from your Instagram settings.
You must not use the App to send spam, harass, publish unlawful content, or breach any platform policy. We may suspend access for misuse.
The App is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the App, including any changes or outages in Meta’s platform.
